Based in Phuket, Derani knows the market well and sees that the flybridge option with its hardtop suits local conditions and cruising habits. Pangkor Marina, Malaysia – ‎2nd ‎September ‎2025 — Derani Yachts has officially opened its new Malaysia branch office at Pangkor Marina with a ceremony officiated by Dato Mohd Radzi Manan, Chairman of the Malaysian International Boat Show (MYBOS). The event was attended by distinguished guests including Dato Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu and their spouses, Datuk Normah Hanum and Datin Seri Dr Nomee.

“It is an auspicious day, because I see a development that is very encouraging for the marine industry in Malaysia,” said Dato Radzi. “Wherever Mr. Håkan is present, I see business — that is always a good sign for our industry.”

As 2024 unfolds at Wider’s Vision Hub in Fano, a new chapter in the brand’s journey unfolds with the launch of two remarkable vessels: the WiderCat 92, marking the brand’s inaugural multihull, and the eagerly awaited debut of the first WiLder 60.

These momentous launches not only showcase Wider’s unparalleled engineering prowess and design finesse but also underscore its evolution from pioneering superyachts to comprehensive excellence across the bespoke yacht market.

WiderCat 92

A symphony of sea and luxury! Meet “Acali”, WiderCat 92 hull #1, where every wave is a note, and every sunset a masterpiece. With green tech and spacious decks, two VIP cabins, a beach club, and silent cruising in zero-emission mode, it’s more than a yacht—it’s a serenade on the seas!

WiderCat 92 incorporates Wider’s serial hybrid system, combining electric and combustion engine technologies for efficient propulsion. Electric motors power thrusters, supported by generators driven by combustion engines, with energy stored in lithium iron phosphate batteries.

This setup enables cruising speeds of 12 knots, extendable to 15 knots with Electric Boost, and impressive range capabilities of over 1600 nautical miles at 8 knots and up to 2400 nautical miles at 6 knots.

The catamaran offers two VIP cabins with direct access to the beach club, an en-suite double Guest cabin, and a crew area. Owners can opt for a 4-cabin layout.

Crafted under the innovative WiLder brand and using superyacht-derived processes and executed with the precision of the finest Italian craftsmanship, the WiLder 60 showcases a stunning blend of sleek aesthetics and meticulous engineering.

The vessel provides a customizable 40-knot platform for exhilarating leisure experiences, with bespoke build options available to cater to individual preferences and desires.
